the ETC. Membership plan is designed to help our most professional clients stand apart from others by offering exceptional service.
How the Membership Plans Work
- HOURS- Each Membership comes with a specified number of hours per billing cycle.
- Basic: 10 Hours per month $300 per billing cycle
- Standard: 20 Hours per month $570 per billing cycle (1 hour free)
- Premium: 30 Hours per month $840 per billing cycle (2 hours free)
- ADD HOURS as NEEDED- You receive an allotted number of hours per billing cycle based upon your membership plan. Members can purchase additional hours as needed.
- Basic: Additional Hours $35/hour
- Standard: Additional Hours $35/hour
- Premium: Additional Hours $30/Hour
- ROLLOVER HOURS- Premium Members hours don't expire at the end of the billing cycle. Basic and Standard Members unused hours expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Premium: Up to 20 unused hours automatically rollover for use the following billing cycle.
- NO MINIMUMS- Only ETC. Members enjoy complete flexibility in scheduling. There is NO 5 hour minimum required per team member per event. This means that you can also take advantage of ETC.'s Concierge service without any additional charges(normally $50 per hour).
- PRIORITY STAFFING at NO CHARGE- Members enjoy the support of the ETC. Team by incurring no additional charges for last minute staffing requests (normally additional $5 per hour).
